Coronavirus – MTS Locksmiths Update
In view of the Coronavirus outbreak, I would like to inform customers (past, present and future) of my current situation.
I am presently fit, well and healthy and observe, as always, all the recommended hygiene routines when coming into contact with locks, doors, handles and keys etc.
It is pretty much business as usual and I shall attend any call outs when required, however, I do have a few requirements/rules:
- I would kindly ask that if you or any family members of your household are displaying any of the recognised symptoms of the virus, or have been asked to self-isolate, then please consider postponing any planned non-essential locksmith work.
- Please allow sufficient space to me to carry out any work whilst I am visiting your property and to keep contact to a minimum.
- To avoid handling cash, cheque or cards, if at all possible bank payments are preferred. I can arrange an instant invoice with my bank details, so payment can be made instantly.
I do not like having to distance myself from customers, but these are strange times we now live in. Doing my part to help prevent the spread of the virus and protect my customers and myself and family far outweigh this.
