Mike arrived shortly after I rang him, he was polite and professional and carried out the replacement of the door locks to a high standard. Mike also took the time to explain what he was doing as the job progressed. He wore overshoes to protect my floor and tidied everything up before he left. I highly recommend him
My tenant reported that there was a problem with the lock and the door had jammed shut and would not open. I spoke with Mike on Monday afternoon and he turned up the following morning and repaired the problem very swiftly, minimising the inconvenience this problem had caused for my tenant. Great service. Highly recommended.
